Before we begin, your provider reads the skin to confirm LaseMD Ultra is the right gentle laser for your dullness, pigment, or fine texture, and plans the series it will take. It rewards a series more than a single visit.
The visit
A topical numbing is applied, then the laser renews the surface and opens temporary microchannels while sparing the surrounding skin. Immediately after, PDGF is applied and carried deep through those channels, followed by a cooling mask, to speed healing and amplify the collagen response.
The days that follow
Your skin may feel warm and look pink like a mild sunburn for the first day or two, then take on a fine, sandpaper texture and light flaking as it renews. Keep it well moisturized, avoid picking or exfoliating, and wear sunscreen daily as new collagen builds over the following weeks.
