How it works

A gentle pass, and PDGF carried in.

The laser delivers energy in a fine fractional pattern, renewing the surface and opening temporary microchannels while leaving surrounding skin intact for quick healing.

With the skin freshly prepared, PDGF (Ariessence) is applied along with a cooling mask. Pairing the laser with PDGF helps speed healing and amplify the collagen response, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the treatment. Over the days after, the surface renews brighter and smoother. Done in a series, the results build.

"Before Treatment" Symbol

The consultation

At your first visit

Before we begin, your provider reads the skin to confirm LaseMD Ultra is the right gentle laser for your dullness, pigment, or fine texture, and plans the series it will take. It rewards a series more than a single visit.

"During Treatment" Symbol

The visit

Forty-five to ninety minutes

A topical numbing is applied, then the laser renews the surface and opens temporary microchannels while sparing the surrounding skin. Immediately after, PDGF is applied and carried deep through those channels, followed by a cooling mask, to speed healing and amplify the collagen response.

"After Treatment" Symbol

The days that follow

A day or two of pinkness

Your skin may feel warm and look pink like a mild sunburn for the first day or two, then take on a fine, sandpaper texture and light flaking as it renews. Keep it well moisturized, avoid picking or exfoliating, and wear sunscreen daily as new collagen builds over the following weeks.

ON METHOD

A gentle pass, and PDGF carried in.

LaseMD Ultra renews the surface and opens temporary microchannels while sparing the surrounding skin. Immediately after, PDGF is applied and carried deep through those fresh channels, followed by a cooling mask.

Pairing the laser's renewal with PDGF speeds healing and amplifies the collagen response. It is gentler than ablative resurfacing, and chosen for glow and clarity.

ON RESTRAINT

Gentle by design, kept that way.

LaseMD Ultra is a light laser, and we use it as one. For deep wrinkles, significant scarring, or advanced sun damage, a stronger laser reaches further, and we would guide you there.

It rewards a series more than a single aggressive visit. We do not push a gentle tool to do heavy work.

ON EXPERIENCE

The pass read, the serum timed.

The hand reads the pass and its evenness, then applies the PDGF in the narrow window when the skin is briefly open and turning to repair. Once the skin has closed, that window has passed.

The value is as much in the timing as in the serum: the right moment, on prepared skin.

ON RETURNING

Built and held in a series.

The result builds over the days after and deepens across a series. Most return every few months to hold the glow and the clarity they have built.

Sun protection before and after is the surest guard against pigment change, and part of the rhythm.

"Not A Good Candidate" symbol
WHO THiS is not FOR

For deep lines and scarring, a stronger laser reaches further.

LaseMD Ultra is gentle by design. For deep wrinkles, significant scarring, or advanced sun damage, a fractional or ablative laser reaches further, and we would guide you there. It rewards a series more than a single visit.
