As the Patient Care Coordinator at Refined at Blossom, I make sure every patient has a warm, welcoming, seamless experience from the moment they arrive until the end of their visit. I greet patients, coordinate appointments, and support our providers by keeping the day running smoothly. I also answer phone calls and messages so patients get the information and care they need. Alongside patient support, I assist our Practice Manager with daily administrative tasks and team projects, which keeps the clinic organized and running efficiently. Every patient deserves to feel genuinely cared for.
